I have spent many hours volunteering for this organization in Austin! You have to take online training to be able to volunteer to work in the offices. There is additional hands-on training if you want to work directly with the clients. Taking inventory was a great experience and the opportunities are plentiful and fun. But, working with the clients was the most fulfilling experience! Helping women select business clothing is so simple but incredibly rewarding to see their excitement and confidence soar. Their future often depends completely on their ability to secure employment. This organization gives them every tool they need to take this first important step. The volunteers love working here. I highly recommend!
